Closing the entrepreneurial and financial education gaps that keep minority communities from competing economically.

Niajah Morgan is an educator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder focused on empowering minority communities through education, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. She holds a Master's in Education and an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance, and is a former NCAA collegiate athlete.
Niajah teaches economics, personal finance, entrepreneurship, and civics in NYC public schools. She built a project-based, culturally relevant curriculum aligned with NYS Standards for Grade 12, and developed AI implementation strategies for educators and school leaders — including a data system for 650+ students recognized at the superintendent level.
She founded Eluminute Inc., a 501(c)(3) serving underserved communities through education, business and financial literacy, and sport. As a girls' basketball coach, she leads the flagship program, Eluminute Hoops, which raised over $50K in grants in its second year.
As business manager and brand strategist for Holy Fruits Juice Press, she grew the brand past 70,000 followers and nearly tripled sales traffic in 12 months. She has written business plans for clients in retail, food and drink, and medical industries, and secured $15K in for-profit grant funding.
