She is business manager/branding strategist of Holy Fruits Juice Press, a Bronx-based vegan restaurant and juice bar where she grew the brand past 70,000 followers and nearly tripled sales traffic within 12 months. She has consulted for companies in the retail, food and drink, and medical industries — writing business plans and securing $15K in for-profit grant funding.
